The Demon Beast swung its War Hammer in a fit of rage. Despina dodged it with ease… no, that’s not right. It seems she’s not as comfortable as I thought.

The rapidly spinning Demon Beast gradually cornered Despina to the edge of the arena.
If this continues, she’ll have her side crushed.

“There’s no way I’d let myself be hit by your attack.”

Despina jumped towards the wall behind her and ran vertically up it.
The Demon Beast, probably not expecting such an escape method, was taken aback and slowed the rotation of its War Hammer.

“I hope that prized armor of yours protects you. Otherwise, you’ll just be chopped to pieces.”

Despina smirked, and the Demon Beast’s face twisted in terror as it retreated step by step.
The match was already decided.
“Well then, try to endure it. 【Hexagram Lightning】.”
The moment she said that, streaks of light raced around the arena.
As if drawing a hexagram.
“Gya!? Agi!? Gubo!?”
The Demon Beast screamed each time the streaks of light… each time Despina passed by.
However, the Demon Beast’s screams couldn’t keep up with her attacks due to the sheer speed of the streaks of light, and were heard belatedly.
Yes… that was 【Hexagram Lightning】, the Lightning Attribute skill that event boss Despina excels at.
The skill unleashes six all-target attacks at the same time as a hexagram effect appears on the screen. It also comes with the bonus of inflicting the paralyzed status ailment with a high probability.
