It seems that focusing on training has paid off, as the number of my 〖Skills〗 has increased significantly.
Let’s take a look at each one’s effects.
First, 〖Unyielding〗 is a 〖Skill〗 that strengthens my ability to stand my ground, making it harder to be blown away.
I had it before the training, and I think I acquired it when I was watching the battle between the giant Demon Beasts.
Next, 〖Flexibility Exercise〗 is quite useful.
Its effect is to assist in body manipulation. It became easier to maintain the whip shape during training, so this 〖Skill〗 must have been working.
From now on, I’ll be able to transform my body more freely.
〖Whip〗 and 〖Compact Whip〗 are 〖Skills〗 that unleash powerful whip strikes.
The latter, as the name ‘Compact’ suggests, allows me to deliver a quick attack with minimal openings.
However, its power seems to be lower.
〖Concentration〗 is a 〖Skill〗 that increases focus on a single task, and 〖Combo〗 is a 〖Skill〗 that increases attack power when attacking continuously.
There probably won’t be many chances to keep attacking like I did earlier, so it’s hard to say how useful it will be in actual combat.

The problem is the last remaining 〖Skill〗.
It has a rather depressing name, but I have to check it. I focus my consciousness on my 〖Status〗.

Slimes aren’t immune to diseases, and when I was in the group, I saw several of my comrades succumb to illness.
The sight of them weakening with mottled patterns all over their bodies still sends chills down my spine.
Even though my 〖Resist〗 is high, it’s better to have more precautions.

These bipedal creatures were green, about the size of a child.

I attacked the goblins that were rushing at me one after another.
They all ended up collapsing on the ground.
The knife goblin looked like it was about to get up, so I immediately used 〖Compact Whip〗.
I shaved the flesh off its leg, making it fall again.
If another goblin tried to stand, I attacked it as well.
I continued to attack them unilaterally like that, but with one against four, I couldn’t keep up.

Some time after the battle started, one of the goblins died from excessive bleeding.
The 〖Whip〗, enhanced by 〖Combo〗, had the power to gouge wood.
It was inevitable that they would end up like this after taking it multiple times.

Starting with the first one, the goblins died one after another.
I struck the last one with all my might and ended the battle.
