“Ooh!”
Akito, who had been watching from above, widened his eyes at the technique Rui unleashed.
“He took down that Dragonkind in one shot… That’s like a special move, so cool! I can’t let him outdo me.”
Akito turned his gaze to the Dragonkind crawling towards him on the ground. It was a wingless Dragonkind, unable to fly.
He thought he wouldn’t be attacked if he stayed in the air. However, Akito frowned at the Dragon’s movements.
The Red Dragon raised its head and arched its body back greatly.
“What’s with him? What’s he trying to do…”
The moment Akito peered down—the Dragon used the recoil to spit out a ball of fire from its mouth.
“Whoa!”
Akito hurriedly changed the direction of Gae Bolg. A lump of magma flew towards him, but he managed to dodge it by a hair’s breadth.
“That was close, that was close,” he said, raising his altitude and putting distance between himself and the opponent.
“So it had an attack like that. Can’t let my guard down for a second.”
Akito sighed and hesitated.
–Rui took down that Dragonkind in one shot. I have to take it down in one shot too.
Akito decided to try an attack method he had been considering for a while.
He channeled Magical Power into Gae Bolg and ascended further. When he reached a certain altitude, Akito jumped off the spear.
As he fell, the wind buffeting his entire body, Gae Bolg chased after him at high speed.
Akito reached out and grabbed the handle of the flying spear.
He held the spear in the air, pointing the tip at the Dragon. The Red Dragon was shouting with its mouth wide open. Akito launched six spearheads from the spear, deploying them around him.
The spearheads floated in a circle, and thin Lightning crackled.
He thrust Gae Bolg into the center of the circle, pointing the spearheads at the Red Dragon.
–The “Annihilating Flash” I use is thin and weak. But with this…
Lightning ran around the circle, and a vast amount of Mana gathered. Akito gripped the spear with all his might and unleashed the magic with all his power.
What was created was a thick, giant “Annihilating Flash”.
It was the same magic that the Yellow King unleashed.
When the flash fell to the ground, it annihilated the Dragon along with the light. It blew away the earth as well, destroying everything.
Akito slowly landed on the plain where a huge crater had appeared. Rui rushed over and called out to him with a bright expression.
“You did it, Akito! That means we’ve cleared this Dungeon!”
“Yeah, I had a little trouble with the Monsters’ abilities, but we can handle anything!”
Akito proudly placed Gae Bolg on his shoulder. Tennoji and Ishikawa also rushed over to the smiling pair.
“Akito, Rui! Well done!”
Tennoji stopped, a broad smile on his face. Ishikawa also smiled with satisfaction.
“To defeat such strong Monsters. It was the right decision to leave it to you two.”
Ishikawa’s face broke into a smile. Many other Seekers also rejoiced at having defeated the Monsters in the Depths. However, that joy was short-lived as the ground began to shake in small tremors.
“The collapse has begun. Let’s get back immediately!”
At Tennoji’s words, everyone braced themselves. Rui and Akito also turned on their heels and began to walk with the group to exit the floor.
Rui glanced back.
–I don’t know if a Magic Gem dropped… Akito blew everything away. It’ll be impossible to find it.
Rui turned his gaze forward and followed the group.
The largest-scale conquest ever conducted in Japan was successfully achieved with the cooperation of Elceed and Fameel.
In thirteen days, with zero deaths, an almost unbelievable result was achieved.

On the twentieth day inside the White Dungeon in Hokkaido—
Yuma and his party finally reached the Depths.
“This is the 191st floor… probably the last floor.”
Even without hearing Akiyama’s words, Yuma was convinced that this was the Depths. The scenery he looked out on, the amount of Mana he felt on his skin, were clearly different from the previous floors.
“Angels… there aren’t any at all.”
Oura muttered, looking around. Yuma thought so too. In the deeper levels, Angels had attacked as the main Monsters.
But in this floor, no Angels could be found.
If that’s the case, is the final Monster… the Labyrinth Guardian not an Angel?
Yuma and his party walked across the endless plains.
Mountains could be seen faintly in the distance, but it was clear that they were the Labyrinth Mirage. The sky was high, and although there was no sun, it was as bright as daytime.
What kind of Monsters are here?
Akiyama and the others had the same question as Yuma.
What appeared before them was a single Monster. It was a white humanoid Monster, walking hunched over about fifty meters ahead.
As they cautiously approached, another Monster emerged from a different location. It was the same humanoid Monster.
Looking closely, there were several white Monsters walking around. “Where did they come from?” Yuma wondered, but he recognized the Monsters’ appearance.
“That’s… an Ogre?”
It resembled the Red Ogre they had defeated before. Akiyama, who was behind Yuma, answered his question.
“That’s definitely an Ogre. It’s a type of Monster that lives in the White Dungeon. We haven’t seen them until now, so why are they in the Depths?”
Akiyama tilted his head in wonder, but Yuma had no idea. Anyway, they had to find out where the Monsters were going.
The four of them approached the place where the Ogres were. However, the Monsters went down into a hollow-like place and disappeared from sight.
Yuma quickened his pace and climbed up a sloping hill to stand in a place with a good view.
What he saw from there was a rather bizarre sight.
There were many white Monsters in a large hollow.
Seated in the center was a giant Monster about ten times the size of the surrounding Ogres. It looked exactly like an Ogre.
“That’s… the ruler of this Dungeon!!”
