Part 3 starts today!
And, I have a very important request!
Please read until the afterword!
“Ouch…”
“A-Are you alright…?”
I hurriedly tried to offer my right hand, but when I saw her get up, I froze.
Because.
“N-No! I’m fine!”
She was Liliana Abbott, the female protagonist of “Engage Hazard ~girls side~”.
I mean, that unrealistic pink hair, those onyx-like black eyes, that slender but slightly disappointing figure… there’s no other woman like that except for the protagonist of the female-oriented “EnHaza”… “Galhaza”.
But, in my previous life, I only launched the “Galhaza” app to get the collaboration event bonus, and I only played up to the tutorial…
In other words, my information about “Galhaza” is limited to her appearance and name, and the fact that Cardis and the others appear as romance options. Seriously, what am I supposed to do?
However.
“U-Um… actually, I don’t know where the entrance ceremony is…”
The protagonist, Liliana, curled up like a small animal and looked up at me with pleading eyes.
Ah, Liliana is the default name, and in “Galhaza,” the player can freely change the name.
Wilfred? That guy can also have his name changed by the player.
Putting aside such trivial information, the problem is Liliana’s appearance and lines.
This is exactly the same as the first encounter scene with a romance option in the tutorial.
In other words, I, Harold, who doesn’t appear in “Galhaza” at all, have stolen the romance option’s role. What should I do?
By the way, the name of the romance option whose role I stole is “Alan Stevens.”
He’s the second son of the Stevens Marquis family, and an arrogant hero type. That’s all I know.
“…Do you not know that the person you bumped into is Prince Harold, the Third Prince of the Dehauvalz Kingdom?”
“Eh!?”
When Sandra announced my name in a terrifyingly low voice, Liliana gasped.
By the way, even I, who shouldn’t have been involved, gasped in fear along with her.
“O-Oh, you’re a prince!?”
“That’s right. The most wonderful, the most excellent, the most splendid person in this country. That is Prince Harold… my fiancée, Lord Hal.”
Sandra emphasized “my fiancée” a lot.
She’s definitely trying to assert dominance over Liliana… no, eliminate her? In any case, she’s doing everything she can to break the romantic flags that have fallen on me.
“W-Well, I don’t mind at all, and I’m sorry for making you fall. We were just heading to the auditorium, so why don’t you come with us?”
“Y-Yes!”
I tried to change the atmosphere by inviting Liliana in a cheerful manner.
She seemed to understand, and her expression softened.
Of course.
“Ah… fufu.”
I conspicuously held Sandra’s small hand in front of Liliana, who was a little sulky because she was jealous, and she smiled happily.
I have to make sure to appeal in situations like this. I don’t want Sandra to misunderstand, and I need to make Liliana realize that I’m not a romance option.
So.
“Wow… it’s so big…”
As soon as we arrived at the auditorium, Liliana lost her voice at its size.
I remember that she was an illegitimate child born between her father, Baron Abbott, and a maid, and her mother left the Abbott family and raised her single-handedly.
Therefore, she lacks the manners and common sense of a noble, which attracts the interest of the romance options and leads to the development of a love story, which is a common trope in otome games and light novels for women.
Now… what should I do?
Frankly speaking, I’m not an expert in “Galhaza,” so I don’t know what the scenario is like.
As far as I played the tutorial, it’s a romance RPG like “EnHaza,” and the skills and specifications are common, so there’s no problem in that sense.
However, I can’t judge whether the main scenario centered on the protagonist, Liliana, is the same as “EnHaza.”
Considering that, it would be best to keep my distance from Liliana as much as possible and not get involved in the “Galhaza” scenario.
Harold doesn’t appear in “Galhaza,” after all.
While I was thinking about that.
“Lady Saint, so this is where you were.”
…Even though no one called him, Wilfred showed up uninvited.
“Prince Wilfred, it’s been a while. …But how did you know that I was studying abroad at the Royal Academy?”
Her expression is friendly, but the Saint’s eyes are not smiling.
Rather, she seems wary of the fact that Wilfred knew about Christia’s study abroad in advance, even though it was supposed to be kept secret.
“Of course, I heard it from someone in the Royal Palace.”
“Is that so? Then, could you tell me the name of that person? The Barthian Holy Kingdom will protest to the kingdom about leaking information without permission.”
“Eh!?”
Wilfred, who didn’t expect to be answered like that, faltered.
I thought that Christia would wear the mask of a Saint and get along with Wilfred on the surface, even though he was hostile to Harold and Alexandra. That’s a bit unexpected… wait.
“…The Lady Saint says, ‘There’s no point in being friendly with Prince Wilfred, who is hostile to Prince Harold and Lady Alexandra, even if it’s just on the surface.'”
Carla came next to me and whispered in my ear.
I see… she’s shifted to the direction of sucking up to me because she’s afraid of Sandra.
“Y-Yes, that’s right. I will punish that Chamberlain. Well, I have to prepare for the new student greeting, so I’ll see you later.”
With that, Wilfred hurriedly went somewhere.
“Fufufu… even after a year, he’s still a shallow person.”
“Fufu, you understand well.”
Christia chuckled as she watched Wilfred’s back.
Sandra is also chuckling happily at Christia’s words. It’s scary.
