Day 15: Business is Booming?
15th day logged in.
When I checked the shop’s system panel, I couldn’t believe my eyes at two things.
First, all the Items I had put out in the store were sold out.
The moment I entered the shop room, the abnormality was obvious. Because there was nothing on the shelves, the mannequins, or the hanger racks. No products at all.
Did I accidentally mess up the settings? Thinking that, I opened the panel, and it too displayed “No products are currently registered.”
And then, yesterday’s sales figures were an unbelievable amount.
However, this was the better of the abnormalities. What sent a further chill down my spine was the letter icon indicating new messages—and the number “28” displayed above it.
That’s right, it seemed I had received 28 messages from buyers. Until now, the only message I’d ever received was a single one from Memeko-san, so this was an extraordinary situation within an extraordinary situation.
By the way, I had a total of 34 Items listed in my shop. This meant that a vast majority of the buyers had something to say to me.
Was there a defect with all the Items? Or perhaps…
As I started to think, only bad premonitions came to mind, so I just went for it, tapped the panel with a “whatever happens, happens” attitude, and started reading through all the received messages.
“There’s a rumor you’re the one who triggered Magdala’s appearance. Is that true?”
“That Revolution Event was Kima-Kura. Do you know half the players are troubled by it?”
“I wish you had consulted in the official talk room before triggering it.”
Scary! What’s scary is that this person named Barretta-san, who sent this series of messages, deliberately made multiple purchases, a total of 6 times, just to throw these kinds of complaints at me.
However, judging by the content alone, this person was still on the more rational side; messages from others included some straightforward insults.
About a third of the messages were negative like that.
Then, another third were positive comments, though also unrelated to the products and about the recent event.

And as for the remaining third, this was quite a surprise. They were actual messages about the products.
“I love the Captain’s Set. I’ll treasure it.”
“I wanted the Captain’s Set but it was sold out and I couldn’t buy it (tears). Please restock it. Preferably in black.”
“Do you do custom orders?”
For some reason, Barretta-san’s 7th message was also among these, saying something like, “For the set items, I’d like you to make just the jacket separately.” What is with this person?
I also received a considerate message from Memeko-san: “I think you’re getting tangled up with weirdos because of Yoshiwo and Stalker, but I’m cheering for you!” I’m genuinely grateful for this.
But wait, how did they find out I was the one who triggered it?

Even if someone who was at the library figured it out, would they be able to identify my shop too?

Having overcome my fear through laziness, I swiftly registered the customer players who sent complaints unrelated to the products onto the Blacklist.
After agonizing over it for three seconds, I put Barretta-san on the Blacklist.
