The weakness of Shukuchi is that while it takes a one-second delay to fly one meter, it takes a five-second delay to fly five meters.
Even so, it is still strong, but it also has openings, so it is a Skill with a bit of a quirk.
If Cain were to acquire multiple instances of it, then with x2, it would take 0.5 magic power and 0.5 seconds of delay to fly two meters, which is broken.
There aren’t many Skills that synergize as well with Skill Duplication as Shukuchi does.
