Ringo’s Operational Report
Status of Brain Unit Backbone Development
– No.1 “Akane” and No.2 “Ichigo” are steadily acquiring an overview thinking pattern. They are expected to be set as strategic AIs for various base fortresses.
– Final adjustments are being made for mass production of A-class and I-class Brain Units. The design will allow for a core performance of approximately 4 Units at the time of base installation, with the possibility of expansion as needed.
- No.3 “Utsugi” and No.4 “Erika” are demonstrating high aptitude for machinery operation. They can perform very precise operations even during remote control, with Erika particularly excelling in group operations.

U-class and E-class Brain Units are expected to be set as command entities or tactical AIs. Furthermore, E-class units could significantly enhance combat suitability when mounted on a Mother Ship class.

No.5 “Olive” shows exceptional aptitude in design, manufacturing, and facility maintenance. Conversely, her performance in other tasks is below the expected specifications, indicating a specialization in her field.
- O-class Brain Units are anticipated to serve as central management AIs for base fortresses. With a core performance of around 10 Units, they are deemed capable of independently managing the development and maintenance of the base and its surroundings.
Status of the Second Fortress
– The Second Fortress is steadily increasing its facilities under Ichigo’s command. While resources are allocated for mining, production is gradually increasing; however, most resources are directed towards the construction of the Second Fortress or machinery production, resulting in a slight overall surplus.
– Once the construction of the Second Fortress stabilizes, we can significantly increase the number of mining machines. Akane and Ichigo are currently drafting plans to expedite this process.
– There is a slight necessity to allocate resources to Flatara City, which seems to be hindering progress. We aim to resolve this quickly and withdraw.
- The Second Fortress will be considered complete once three large general-purpose printers are installed. Currently, auxiliary facilities are under construction, and various large equipment is being transported from The Tree.
- If even one large printer can begin operation, transportation costs will be drastically reduced. The ship’s power has been successfully converted to hydrogen gas turbines, but oil reserves have significantly diminished in the meantime. We need to establish a system for oil exploration soon.
Status Around Port Town of Terek
– The area around Port Town of Terek can be considered stable. The expanded farmland is being operated smoothly, and future harvests are promising.
– Development in Iron Town is also progressing well, with iron ore production on the rise. Perhaps due to this visibility, Kuravia Terek has proposed new trading resources.
– Although I haven’t heard the details, they seem interested in exploring a mineral called Redstone, which burns with magical energy. It is said to be widely and thinly distributed across the country, and if we can discover veins close to the surface or exposed, they can be mined.
– We aim to acquire a sample for detailed investigation. There should be no reactions to this special mineral in the land around Port Town of Terek, but if it is a magical substance, it may have been overlooked in scientific surveys.
- By the way, this Redstone is reportedly pronounced “Tone-Mag” in the local dialect. It means “burning stone.”
- This revelation clarifies the power source of the magic-powered paddlewheel ship. It appears that steam is generated using this Redstone to operate the pistons. Although we had halted investigations due to the unclear operational principles, we should be able to resume analysis on this matter.
Report on Monsters
– This world is inhabited by creatures known as monsters. They do not significantly differ in appearance from ordinary animals but exhibit an inexplicable resilience that defies scientific explanation.
– The Rain Croin displays abnormal durability, and despite its biologically simple structure, it is a massive and highly mobile Worm. The newly acquired Hyena monster exhibits explosive speed beyond what its muscle mass would suggest.
– These creatures, capable of exhibiting strengths that cannot be scientifically explained—what we might refer to as magical enhancements—are classified as monsters in this world.
– Additionally, all monsters possess a mysterious crystal located near their hearts. The shape, size, weight, and color of these crystals vary among individuals, but the crystals of the same species, such as the Hyena, tend to share similar colors.
– For now, we will refer to these mysterious crystals as Magic Stones. Further information will be gathered regarding their actual designation in this world.
- In the Afrasia United Kingdom, there seems to be a magical tool called a Konro (magical stove). The Magic Stones from the Hyena are reportedly excellent as a power source for it. However, I have heard that they are so effective that they come at a high price.
- Moving forward, we plan to collect magical tools and conduct analyses on them.
