Chapter 18: Manual vol. 8.0①
☆Nightmare☆
This is something Yamada often experiences. It manifests not only as past traumas appearing in his dreams but also as visions of potential future events (?).
☆Miro the Spearman☆
At first glance, he appears to be an androgynous handsome figure who could easily be mistaken for a woman. His slender body is composed of tightly packed muscles, hinting at a combat talent inherited from his father. For some reason, he has grown fond of Yamada and refers to him as “Aniki” (big brother). His spear skills are quite impressive.
☆Hikaru☆
Her full name is Hikaru Yamada. She is Yamada’s younger sister and holds deep respect for her brother. Cheerful and friendly, she is quite popular in her class. Among her family, she believes Ichiro is her greatest understanding ally. If Yamada were to not return, a very painful event awaits her.
☆Deete☆
A girl in love with Miro, who sports glasses, braids, and a slightly annoyed expression. She is a Mage with exceptional skills. While she sees Ichiro as a reliable older figure, she also finds him to be an overly meddlesome uncle at times.
☆Ice Lancer☆
This is Deete’s signature technique, and it is fairly competent.
☆Self-Aware Guy☆
Ichiro’s self-assessment. From an outsider’s perspective, he might come off as overly self-conscious.
☆Search and Destroy☆
A straightforward strategy that proves overwhelmingly effective against the monsters in the Sealed Labyrinth, which multiply at an alarming rate.
☆Laser Beam☆
A metaphor for Pulmy-san’s gaze. Alternatively, it could be the title of a song the author enjoys.
☆Autobahn☆
One of Ichiro’s techniques. It is an advanced skill that super-accelerates parts of his body. It is user-friendly and has good efficiency, making it a core part of Ichiro’s combat style. By dividing his physical and verbal actions, he can instantaneously activate this technique, linking it to all his subsequent actions.
☆Absolute Freeze☆
One of the many treasures Ichiro has acquired from the Labyrinth. If misused, it could lead to total annihilation. When it clashed with Angelica’s Hinokagutsuchi, a hellish scene unfolded.
☆Connection☆
A concept not explained in the story. It represents not only the connections between people but also those between people and objects. Sensei released Ichiro from the Absolute Freeze, but since this dangerous item was activated by Ichiro’s command, it was done by temporarily severing the connection between them.
☆Linking Pinkies☆
A somewhat ritualistic act performed when making a promise. It has a romantic quality to it.
☆Ryuguin’s Skills☆
《Growth Rate x5》《Advanced Light Magic: Extreme》《Limit Break》《Hero’s Sword》
All of these are incredibly powerful super cheat skills, which should have allowed Ryuguin to become the strongest simply through ordinary effort.
☆Advanced Light Magic: Extreme++☆
This is the evolved version of Ichiro’s Light Magic skill. Although he has not been appraised since achieving the above results, there is a possibility of further growth.
☆Elf Village☆
The hometown of Pulmy-san.
☆Pulmy En Dynast Phil Altalub Ikshis☆
Pulmy-san’s full name. It’s a bit long. When mentioned during a conflict with elves, it often causes them to retreat.
☆All-Knowing Individual☆
A person related to Pulmy-san. They are a recluse with a wandering habit, born from a curiosity for research.
☆Principle and Intuition☆
Ichiro’s personal insights on how to become stronger.
☆Angel Echo☆
Another name for Katsumi Echo. Katsumi Echo is the mother of the strongest horse, Mihono Bourbon.
☆Foolish Parent☆
Referring to Sophia Gore’s father, officially named Heinz Gore.
☆Spoiled Parent☆
Referring to Laura Bordaf’s father, officially named Arnold Bordaf. This is the first mention.
☆Garden Plan☆
A management plan for heroes led by powerful Cardinals like Gilbert from the Klaatel Church. Heroes are referred to as “Suk.”
☆Suk☆
The code name for heroes, derived from the word “Schwein” from the world they were summoned from.
☆Ring of Paralysis Immunity☆
☆Ring of Death Evasion☆
☆Ring of Poison Immunity☆
☆Killing Ring☆
☆Arrow Deflection Ring☆
☆Pain Relief Ring☆
☆Ring of Unyielding Vigor☆
☆Physical Defense Barrier Bracelet☆
☆Magical Defense Barrier Bracelet☆
☆Stamina Recovery Anklet☆
These are accessories that Ryuguin always wears. He has been gradually collecting them since the beginning of the story, including some extremely rare items.
☆Liquid Lifeform (Fog Slime)☆
??? There is a reason for its appearance, but that will be omitted.
☆My Hero☆
Ichiro, as seen by Anon.
☆Fugitive Holy Knight☆
A derogatory term for Ichiro, which has spread quite widely. It’s quite sad.
☆Defeated Holy Knight☆
A derogatory term for Ashley coined by Mika. It was used only once, during which Ichiro learned that he was Yamada the Holy Knight. At that moment, Mika was confused by her feelings, thinking about Ichiro’s bad reputation and the damage it caused her, along with the thought, “But Row wouldn’t do something like that,” and “Wait, could it be that Row is the same Holy Knight as me?!” Don’t treat Holy Knights like a matching outfit! This is so frustrating!
☆Ceremonial Talismans☆
A type of talisman made by Sena.
☆Sena’s Talisman☆
When Ichiro is in a pinch (?), a manifestation of Sena’s doppelgänger appears due to the talisman she created. It seems to be linked to Ichiro’s emotions. While it can utilize Sena’s abilities, its power is nowhere near her true self. Her doppelgänger excels in physical attacks, having beaten up the three who harmed Ichiro.
☆Turn Spirit☆
A holy technique used by Saintess Mika. It is a beam with special effectiveness against undead and spirit-type enemies.
☆Drafting☆
Refer to Wikipedia.
☆True Name☆
In a certain mega-hit series, “True Name” is referred to as “Shinmei.” That might be the correct term, so I’m a bit confused. I might fix it later, but please forgive me if I do.
☆Legend of───☆
Legend of Mana.
☆Ashida───☆
Ashida Mana.
☆Kana’s Partner☆
From the twin actresses Manakana.
☆Rare☆
Raw → Nama → Mana.
☆Manners☆
Etiquette.
☆Crystal Humanoid Kai☆
An upgraded version of the Crystal Humanoid that can return to an undamaged state by liquefying after sustaining severe damage.
Even if the strongest warrior from this world were brought here, they would not be able to defeat it. With its magic reflection, sturdy body, and regeneration abilities, if this creature were unleashed upon the world, it would spell doom. To put it mildly, it is the embodiment of hell.
Of course, since it reflects magic, one must overcome it purely with physical attacks, but even the most skilled soldiers or lower-tier S-class warriors would struggle to leave a scratch. Even if one were to aim for the same spot with painstaking precision, it would liquefy and recover, making it effectively invincible. However, if one could lower the space to absolute zero without hitting it with high-tier ice magic, there might be a chance to defeat it, but it is believed that achieving this would come at a great cost. In short, this single entity could bring about the end of the world.
☆Angel Alter☆
A boss monster that was thoroughly wrecked by Sensei. Although it barely unleashed its full potential, its melee combat capabilities nearly led to Ichiro’s demise. In reality, it also controls something akin to funnels, continuously firing beams, leaving it with almost no weaknesses. This monster alone could also destroy a nation.
☆Dragonbone Swordsman☆
Officially known as No-Skill. For details, refer to the main story. The strongest swordsman. After conquering seven Labyrinths, Ichiro had not encountered a swordsman superior to himself until he faced No-Skill, who wielded swordsmanship several tiers above his own. However, in the extreme situation of battle, Ichiro emerged victorious. Even if this entity were to roam the town, it would not perish, but no one would be able to defeat it.
☆Claiomh Solais Kai☆
The color of the blade is slightly different from its previous appearance. This enemy, a manifestation of despair, has a shorter interval after acceleration than the previous Claiomh Solais. Mika and the others were able to defeat it because they devised a strategy based on their previous encounter. In their first meeting, most skilled individuals would likely be killed in an instant without even realizing what happened. This monster alone could also bring about the end of the world.
However, if Yamada utilizes the Out Strider del Sole, he can once again decimate the enemy just like last time.
☆Hinokagutsuchi☆
A ridiculously powerful fire magic. Unfortunately, in the story, it was repelled, nearly leading to the destruction of everyone. As the name suggests, this magic was created by Yamada and Angelica. Fueled by their late-night enthusiasm, the two got a bit too carried away, resulting in a spell with outrageous capabilities.
☆Sanctuary Genesis☆
One of Ashley’s broken Skills. A skill befitting someone with her kind-hearted nature. It possesses such an effect that even Sensei remarked, “What… I never expected it to be this powerful.” However, after its use, the caster becomes unable to act. The effect is a game-breaking performance that reduces 75% of the damage taken by allies recognized as such by the caster from the moment the skill is activated until the end of the battle. But one must be careful when using it, or it could lead to death.
☆Stinger☆
The Stinger used here is actually the Stinger ver. Yamada. In Sena’s case, she releases Qi absorbed from the outside world, while Yamada unleashes a technique that combines his internal Qi and Mana. Of course, the one who taught Sena was Sensei.
☆”Laugh, Vegeta”☆
A sarcastic taunt directed at someone who is usually overconfident and smiling, urging them to laugh it off when they fail, looking down on them as they do.
☆Fertilizer Pit☆
Refer to Wikipedia. Ryuguin attempted to popularize this with almost no knowledge, causing unfortunate consequences for the poor farmers. Subsequently, those farmers went missing.
